Do you deliver the beach gear, or do we pick it up?
We bring the beach gear to you. Whether you're at a hotel, a vacation rental, or we meet you curbside at the beach, we handle the delivery or setup.
Can I place a same-day order?
If we have availability, we're happy to accommodate same-day requests. You cannot book a same-day order online - for orders with less than 24-hour notice, please call us at (760) GO-BEACH or text (760) 519-7005 to check our availability. Our same-day delivery fee is $50.
What are your delivery and pickup hours?
Deliveries start at 9:00 AM, and our last pickup is at 9:00 PM. After-hours pickups are available for an additional $50 per hour.
Which areas in San Diego do you serve?
We deliver to all areas of San Diego County, including Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Del Mar, Solana Beach, La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Downtown, and more. Non-local delivery fees may apply based on your exact location. Not sure if we reach your area? Email us at hello@beachdayvalet.com.
What are your delivery fees?
Our delivery fee starts at $25. For deliveries outside our core service area, a $35 fee applies. All same-day requests will have a $50 delivery fee. All delivery fees are subject to change and will be communicated during the booking process.
How long can I rent equipment, and how are rates structured?
Rental durations are flexible to meet your needs. We offer:
- Daily rates (up to 12 hours)
- Weekly rates (beginning after 3 days)
Do you provide setup services for large groups and events?
Yes! We provide white-glove setup for large groups, events, and hospitality partners at select beaches. To ensure availability, and alignment with local regulations, please contact us directly at (760) GO-BEACH to review your event needs.
Is a deposit required to reserve equipment?
No deposit necessary. Full payment is collected at the time of booking to secure your delivery date and time, ensuring your gear is reserved and ready.
Can you reserve fire pits at the beach?
We do not offer fire pit reservations. For information on firepit availability, please consult local beach regulations.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer full refunds for cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made without notice are non-refundable.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Venmo, and Discover.
Do you offer food delivery or catering?
We do not offer or coordinate food delivery or catering services. However, we can add ice to your order for an additional charge to keep your refreshments cool.
Is tipping required?
Tipping is not required, but is always appreciated by our delivery team.
What is the weight limit for your chairs?
Our Tommy Bahama folding beach chairs have a weight limit of 300lbs. Our Coleman high folding camping chairs have a weight limit of 350lbs.
